By using gigmash.com ("Gigmash," the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. See also our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

Gigmash aggregates AI-related job and course listings from third-party sources, and helps you find ones you're a good fit for. We are not an employer, a staffing agency, or a party to any hiring decision — we connect you to opportunities and link you to where you can apply.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information you provide (your profile, résumé, and account details)
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• Activity that happens under your account

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service outside of normal, individual use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means
• Use the Service to submit false, misleading, or someone else's information as your own
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Job and course listings are sourced from third parties — employer career pages, job boards, and course platforms — and we link you to the original source. We don't control that content and can't guarantee it's accurate, current, or that any listed position or course is legitimate, still open, or as described. Always verify details directly with the source before applying, enrolling, or providing any personal or payment information.

Match scores, skill-gap estimates, and AI-generated summaries are approximations meant to help you prioritize — they are not guarantees of fit, eligibility, or hiring outcome, and may contain errors. Use your own judgment.

Some links to course providers are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you enroll through one, at no additional cost to you.

The Gigmash name, design, and our own original content (excluding third-party listings, which remain the property of their respective sources) belong to Gigmash. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without our permission.

The Service links to third-party sites (employer pages, course providers, and others) that we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is accurate or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gigmash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any listing, match score, or AI-generated content.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
