Define learning outcomes, readiness expectations, and content strategy across the learning journey (onboarding → proficiency → change management → continuous improvement).

Lead customers through the full transformation journey, from implementation through agentic workflow adoption. Own the revenue target for your book of business.

Build deep partnerships with Notion’s leadership team (especially across Engineering, Product, and Design), and serve as a conduit between stakeholders up to C-suite and the People Team.
